Serves as the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) lead for the Vermont Army National Guard. Primary supervisor and manager for all of Vermonts personnel management information systems. Interprets policy, and provides technical, regulatory, and procedural guidance to the command regarding personnel matters and coordinates mobilization activities.

Trained and mentored nine recruiters for the Vermont Army National Guard. Facilitated the acquisition of the first storefront in the northern part of the State since 2016. Increased enlisted accessions by 75% in 2022. Led second highest production team in the State with lowest population density and a 31% recruitable demographic.

Completed The United States Army Drill Sergeant Academy. Trained and prepared newly enlisted Soldiers for Basic Combat Training. This was an additional duty in conjunction with full-time position as the Interstate Transfer Coordinator and Recruiting Supervisor.

Ensured the successful transition of Soldiers between States and coordinated the accession of active duty Soldiers to the Vermont Army National Guard.

Responsible for recruiting, retention and attrition management in assigned area. Conducted prospecting and lead generating activities. Established eligibility and processed applicants for enlistment. Selected as the assistant supervisor for the largest recruiting team in the State in 2018. Consistently made or exceeded assigned mission and was the highest production recruiter in the State in 2019. Selected as Vermont’s Director 54 (one of two missioned recruiters to hold the award in 2019).
