I am an attorney at Structure Law Group, LLP, where my practice focuses on business and commercial litigation and commercial transactions.My practice is divided between “in-court” and “out of court” work and includes business and commercial litigation, debtor/creditor rights and real estate and corporate matters. My “in-court” practice includes representing clients in a wide-range of business, real estate and commercial disputes including theft (misappropriation) of trade secrets, complex commercial law issues, investor and shareholder disputes, and disputes involving or arising from financial insolvency and complex financial transactions. My “out of court” practice includes business acquisitions and dispositions, business formations, commercial leasing, business and real estate restructuring, and negotiating and drafting various types of contracts and business agreements.
