• Take overall ownership of several operational wind farms and alongside the wider team, managing all aspects of the site, from day-to-day operations, contractual compliance and reporting, through to strategic, value add projects on behalf of our clients ensuring successful delivery of the contracted scopes of services.• Customer Relations – Primary contact for site owners, managing all customer queries, ensuring they are dealt with promptly and to the highest standards.• Contract Management – management of all contracts and agreements associated with the sites, ensuring that all requirements and obligations are met and managing all breaches on behalf of the owners.• Operations Management – Managing internal and external resources to plan works with production maximisation as the goal, helping to define and manage the annual OPEX budgets.• Technical Analysis – performing detailed technical analysis to determine factors and trends that impact production and asset life.• Contractor Management – measuring contractor performance, ensuring all obligations are met, defining and measuring KPI’s to ensure value to the customer.• Information Management – Ensuring all historical data and documentation is complete and available to the customer.• Reporting – create detailed customer reports on site performance and contractual compliance and giving recommendations to customers.• Procurement – lead and support the procurement process for appointing contractors for specific individual works and for new O&M arrangements.• Technical Advisory – Integration of sites under construction into operations, due diligence and onboarding of new sites from successful tenders, advising customers on technical queries, recommending improvements and managing additional service projects.

Responsible for operations and maintenance of local site and research and development of wind turbine industry related projects.• Conduct routine and non-routine maintenance on the Samsung 7MW Wind Turbine Generator operated and managed by Wood PLC.• Maintain all turbine mechanical and electrical systems, working on both AC/DC and HV/LV systems. Conduct as required in depth fault diagnosis procedures on multiple pre-production systems with limited support from manufacturers. • Review risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) of contract personnel and research and development (R&D) project teams coming to work on the turbine. Senior Technician supporting Beatrice Offshore Windfarm.I have the experience working as a Senior Technician/ Supervisor on the D6/D7 platform. Practical experience of working with a large range of contractors and customers as well as good understanding of customer management. Constant leadership, decision making, and a passion for team development as well as meticulous attention to detail. Have knowledge about health and safety legislations, and experience in writing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements. Participate in all on the job and off the job technical and safety training required by company policy. Have practical experience of working with MS Office applications and preferably SAP, MORS and remote diagnostic tools. CTV and Helicopter experience too. Although predominantly office based there is the requirement to transfer offshore by both CTV and Helicopter logistics to promote safety leadership and technical support in the working environment.  A competent individual who is able to work under pressure and support and lead a team of service and troubleshooting technicians.* Technical lead for the management / delivery of technical queries with Service Technology and field staff.
