• Issues cold work permit and prepares hot work permit, performs gas testing intermittently or continuously as required and prepares the job for the maintenance work. Prepares the area and equipment / lines for jobs like.
• Monitoring and ensuring the linear alkyl benzene unit (LAB) is running normally every shift and according to the production capacity target
• Monitoring plant operation process unit and conduct local patrol on the unit process then coordination with shift supervisor and other operators for stabling and excellence operation.
• Understand the potential and identification of hazards in the Linear alkyl benzene unit such as radiation hazard of nuclear use on the indicator level reading in PACOL Reactor, chemical hot oil hazard,catalyst reactor.
• Monitors all personnel and activities on site using, but limited to, unit surveillance, regular safety walks, audits and Observation Cards to ensure site safety and operational effectiveness.
• Provide immediate first-line response capability in the event of emergencies or major incidents in order to eliminate or limit potential loss or damage to Company personnel, assets or the environment.
