1. Was responsible for the ground-up start ups of 3 new businesses for the bank, that accounted for 32% of the banks total deposit base by end 2013.2. Grew the mid market prime banking and private banking segments by Rs. 18Bn in just 3 years.3. Initiated the Japanese business segment in 2008-9 period which later contributed immensely to the bank.
