Candor was a fully fledged financial services group with its parent Eagle Proprietary Investments Limited based in the DIFC in Dubai and its ultimate parent National Industries Group (NIG), one of the largest listed holding companies in the KSE. 1. Was able to move the Equities firm 8 notches up the CSE ranks. increased business volumes by 20% Y.o.Y. and significantly lowered the cost structure. 2. Increased performance of the Asset Management Firm and moved it 4 notches up the CSE ranks 3. Was instrumental in securing the BOI status for Sri Lanka's first Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) business, Ironwood Legal Solutions

1. Was responsible for the ground-up start ups of 3 new businesses for the bank, that accounted for 32% of the banks total deposit base by end 2013.2. Grew the mid market prime banking and private banking segments by Rs. 18Bn in just 3 years.3. Initiated the Japanese business segment in 2008-9 period which later contributed immensely to the bank. Represented the bank in multiple business promotions in Japan to attract foreign investments into the Country. 4. Took over the responsibility of re-building the cards and foreign exchange business for the bank whilst heading the operations. First to launch the MasterCard World Card back in Sri Lanka in 2012 outside of HSBC Premier. Was one of the first 3 banks to introduce EMV chip cards to the market. Was the market leader in Prepaid travel card business. 5. Was responsible in streamlining the operations for retail banking in 2008 to 2010 period, including the introduction of Visa Debit Cards, ATM network revamp, bank's applications, including KYC/ AML guidelines, bank's first intranet platform and the bank website which was done in 2008 and ran for 3 years. 6. Conducted extensive training for staff at all grades7. Was extensively involved in setting up new business lines and restructuring unprofitable business segments and making them profitable in short span of time.
