Operate the Gas Plant, Central Treating and Waterflood Plant at the House Mountain conventional oil and sour gas complex near Swan Hills, AB. Duties include plant operator duties as well as control room operator duties.Responsible for all aspects of the Gas Plant operations including compression through two White Superior engine/compressors, sour gas treating via amine sweetening, C3 (propane) refrigeration system and Natural Gas Liquid production/storage/shipping. Also responsible for operating an ATCO Electric joint venture Co-Gen power system, consisting of four gas powered General Electric generator packages, producing approximately 5 MW of power to the area grid. Also responsible for maintaining and operating the Plant Oil Battery which treats and processes approx 4000 BBL's/day of light, sour crude oil and produced water emulsion though a system of water knockout separator vessels and gas fired heating treater vessels and well as the operating of the the high pressure water injection system of the Waterflood plant.

Deep Panuke Pfc, 250Km Se Of Halifax, N.S.

Encana's Offshore Project. Commissioning and start up of the new sour gas processing platform and power generation systems and operation of the utility and fire systems. Responsible for operating, safe work permits, and lock out/tag out isolation's of all areas of the facility. Was also trained as a relief CRO (control room operator).

Boyle, Alberta

Operated the pulp mill process in the Chemical and Utilities and Water & Waste treatment areas. Worked extensively with the Permit to Work system and system and equipment Lock out/Isolation procedures for maintenance personnel during routine operations as well as Shutdown/Turn-around events.

Northern Alberta

Plant Lead operator & field operator at the remote Thickwood Hills sour gas processing plant and other northern Alberta gas plants. Was responsible for all aspects of the plant and field as well as training and mentoring new operators and issuing of the Safe Work permits and equipment lock outs.
