In my current role, I arrange, design, and execute excellent team lecture courses, as well as teach solo courses as necessary and manage a clinical group. While creating clinical assignments and thorough nursing care plans for students, I conduct all duties connected to clinical assignments. As a possible member of the nursing faculty team, I coordinate education in mental health/psychiatric theoretical and clinical courses. According to the teaching model of the course, I cooperate with the faculty team to generate syllabi and build curricula to address course and student learning goals, as well as General Education skills (online, face-to-face, hybrid, etc.). In collaboration with the faculty team, I propose appropriate teaching materials, textbooks, and library purchases. During this experience, I serve as a team leader, overseeing the full range of nursing operations and providing treatment to 98,000 emergency department patients each year. From the beginning to the end, be in charge of all parts of yearly performance assessments. During this experience, I was in charge of securing and overseeing new accounts, with a focus on PICC programmes, home-infusion, and home health companies. For improved health delivery services, I rotated to a variety of institutions and offices. In partnership with case managers, nurses, and physicians, I led efforts to coordinate care plans. I negotiated with two big hospital systems, as well as their VNA and home-infusion pharmacies, to get recommendations. To design, create, and administer PICC and first dose programmes, I collaborated with physician groups. I built and maintained connections with discharge planners at a variety of institutions.• Recognized as number 1 in sales for all of New England and #3 in the country for sales 2018, 2019, and 2021.
