I am responsible for developing and creating an environment where my team are equipped and empowered to provide knowledgeable and professional service by building relationships with valued and active customers. My team is comprised of CommSec’s most experienced staff who are all market experts and are committed to delivering outstanding results for customers. I also hold the status of Responsible Executive for the HVC business.

My role consisted of overseeing the Retail Broking service offering of CommSec. My responsibilities were managing >220 staff across various business which include, International and Derivatives markets, Margin Lending, High value client offering, Exchange Traded Options, Technical Support team & Equities & Cash call centre.Common core duties consisted of, day to day operations of service businesses, formulate policies to deal with contact volumes, manage daily operational risks, advise senior management of programs to improves customer satisfaction and delivery of service to customers, engage broader CBA & contribute to achieving customer satisfaction targets, project management – Continuous Improvement, Reward & Recognition, Recruitment Strategy, Disaster Recovery etc.
