Received my Associates of Applied Science degree in Automotive Technology through General Motors A.S.E.P. (Automotive Service Educational Program). Of over three hundred applicants only nineteen were selected and thirteen graduated. Currently hold A.S.E. Master Tech and Automotive Advanced Engine Performance (L1) certifications. My current position as a TECH LINE service specialist has helped me to view issues from many angles. Developed numerous forms to simplify redundant work or to auto populate error prone tasks in our department, saving many man-hours per week. Learned VBA programming language in order to accomplish this. Developed PowerPoint presentation that is used for training technicians throughout the country. Foster collaboration to ensure all ideas are considered.
