I believe success is achieved by ordinary people with extraordinary determination. Fulfillment, however, is different for every person. Over the last 7 years, my fulfillment has come from solving complex business needs and helping clients achieve growth and success across healthcare, government, IT and law sectors. Most recently I joined TCGI to lead business development and advancement opportunities. Raised in the Midwest in Iowa, I learned early the importance of hard work ethic and to remain humble. These fundamentals have been a hallmark of my career, and it’s given me insight into the qualities required for effective ways to approach new business development. Being an effective business development executive is among the most challenging and rewarding roles anyone can achieve, yet few have expertise in various settings. Companies need structure, a strategy, and a proven methodology for achieving their desired success.
