I am part of the Applied Cloud System Operations 2 team that maintains and supports Applied Cloud environments and deploys software updates to Applied products hosted within the data centers.My day to day duties consist of Software Deployments, Data Services, Implementation Services, Integration services, Support and Data Center Operations,

My responsibilities in this role were similar to my previous within the company, however I was now presented with the far more technical problems. I also had the task of training customers through online webinars/onsite visits, this would include a teacher training sessions for regular staff and a technical training session for the IT admins on how to use the product. My primary focus whilst working in this role was to support the engineers and technicians who utilize our network/classroom features for use in school environments. In my 1st line role I was responsible not only for the service I provided , but also to the data protection of information supplied to me , as well as ensuring as little disruption to day to day operations as possible.
