I spend a fair amount of time reviewing vendor copy, as well as researching Salesforce's products so I stay up to date on all the exciting innovations Sales Cloud and Service Cloud put out. I also edit copy for voice and tone as well as write all sorts of digital copy, from SEO web stuff to paid and organic social media. While always making it my business to stay ahead of deadlines so all projects keep moving along in a timely fashion. I help shape big ideas that we use to inform what we do from one quarter to the next. Basically, I wear lots of hats and love every second of it.

This requires me to use extensive internet search abilities to find content that is relevant to articles as well as articulate information in a new and interesting way.
