With a career spanning over 20 years, I have experience with UK and Australian accounting and auditing standards as well as exposure to overseas business practices. As an Audit Partner, I am responsible for a portfolio of audit clients including a number of ASX listed and large proprietary companies with global operations across a range of industries. Specifically, manufacturing and wholesale, financial services, mining and exploration, technology and media and not-for-profits. In addition, as BDO's National Sector Leader for the Manufacturing & Wholesale industry I have extensive experience providing audit and assurance services to a large number of multinational manufacturing, wholesale and distribution businesses and my experience in firm industry leadership roles has also involved presenting at industry events. I have developed experience in IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP including advising clients on IFRS to US GAAP conversion issues.
