I am a technically-inclined product manager who enjoys crafting intelligent user experiences and devising creative solutions to challenges. I've worked in software and telecommunications for most of my career, but I have a passion for learning new things and adapting to fresh experiences. Data-driven decisioning and empathy for the end user in real-world contexts are my primary drivers.At AT&T, I’ve spent seven years honing skills in product management, user experience design, program/project management, and software development to deliver about $260M in tangible results. I’ve done so by frequently changing my vantage point within the company to diversify my skill set and by leveraging that skill set to make intelligent, data-driven decisions with a deep understanding of the end-to-end delivery process. I’ve also been selected for the company’s corporate leadership development program for high-performing employees, where I’ve learned valuable leadership principles I’ve had the opportunity to apply on my current team.When I'm not working, I'm pursuing my other passions - writing, playing video games, painting miniatures, reading, and spending time with friends and family!
