Real Estate-Sales.

Worked in serveral different capacities during my tenure with Archstone-Smith. Began as a Sales Agent and excelled in this position. Was promoted to Sales Manager of one of the most high-profile communities on the West Coast for Archstone-Smith. From here, was promoted to take on a very unique property-Archstone Citrus Suites. Helped develop business plan to transition Citrus Suites into a corporate housing/hotel operation from a standard apartment building. Since this was a brand new business for Archstone, this entailed writing and implementing a unique business plan that was new to Archstone. Managed a staff of approximately 8, including: sales staff, housekeepers, and a maintenance staff. Responsible for assisting with budgets, peformance appraisals, daily operations, guest services, and attaining revenue goals. I left in September 2006 to move back to the east coast to be closer to my family.
