- Maintenance and growth of both WT and CRISPR KO mammalian cell lines, both adherent and suspension- Revival, subculture, and banking of both WT and CRISPR KO mammalian cell lines; up to 30 lines at once - Aseptic technique and maintenance of lab space; including BSC, incubators, and lab bench area- Media preparation, aliquoting, and sterility testing for each HTP batch (42 or 84 unique cell lines)- Imaging and interpretation using HTP cell imagers, and both brightfield/fluorescence microscopes- Cell viability testing using automated cell counters- Generation of batch manufacturing records and other tracking documentation- QC testing of products; Revival testing of banked cells and mycoplasma testing via qPCR- Tracking, analyzation of, and reporting of data between different teams- Coordination of receiving, shipment, and storage of generated stock- General laboratory inventory and restocking, including procurement orders- Generation of formal system for labeling equipment and other assets within laboratory space- Suggestions for practical process improvements both downstream and upstream for product generation
