CurrentLead an organization-wide initiative to refresh the design, content structure, process, and storage & distribution capabilities for marketing sales assets.Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive the strategy, content structure, design, and storage of sales assets across the practice, ensuring alignment with key business drivers and objectives. Develop and maintain detailed templates and instructions to guide internal and offshore design teams and practice leads; outlining proper brand adherence, content structure, and design elements to adhere to. Guide and mentor a team of offshore designers who are responsible for the creation and design of sales collateral.
