• Represents clients in a full range of matters involving real property purchase/sales contracts, employment contracts, employee handbooks, insurance matters, employee restrictive covenants, leasing and landlord-tenant disputes, community association covenants, construction contracts, collection matters, and liens, entity formation/dissolution, non-compete/non-disclosure agreements, EEOC disputes, unemployment hearings, foreclosure, asset purchase agreement, stock purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements. • Routinely drafted corporate and bank documents included but not limited to non-compete agreement, operating agreement, partnership agreement, employee handbooks, employment agreement, severance agreements, leases, stock purchase agreement, asset purchase agreements, security agreements, stock pledge agreements, promissory notes and sales representative agreements. • Routinely appears at hearings and proceedings, attends depositions and mediations, confers with governmental and regulatory agencies, and prepares and negotiates contract documents.• Represents lenders and institutional investors in mortgage foreclosure proceedings and in the deposition of real estate owned properties.• Negotiates and drafts loan workout agreements and restructurings. • Assists in the resolution of lien priority and title tribulations
