To manage the day to day running of the Schools portfolio, acting as Facilities Manager and the single point of contact for the schools portfolio, ensuing statutory testing inspections take place, whilst building strong relationships with the schools to deliver works in a timely manner.Monitor helpdesk calls raised by schools, working with the Schools Coordinator to ensure all works are completed within KPI’s and are delivered in an efficient and consistent manner.Carry out annual compliance reviews with each school, communicating effectively to them the services Acivico can deliver both including and out with the SLA offer to secure further work for the wider Facilities Management team.Work with contractors and procurement to deliver servicing costs to schools each financial year.Support the Principal Facilities Manager and wider teams in progressing any schools related issues and act as a co-ordinator to achieve resolution in the most effective and timely manner.To demonstrate, inspire and foster core values and behaviours within the team for which you are part of.To successfully fulfil the functions required of the Facilities Manager and to deputise for the Principal Facilities Manager in their absence.To deliver the service in line with Acivico vision, values, and corporate strategy

Responsible for all hard ands soft FM maintenance contracts throughout site; ensuring best value for money and quality of works delivered by those contracts.· Tendering contracts (ie cleaning, catering, grounds maintenance) where necessary and monitoring KPI’s regularly.· Managing various stakeholders within the school, ie catering teams, cleaners, caretakers, administration staff as well as conducting annual reviews. This is also extended to external contractors, ensuring DBS cleared, compound secured and managed with submission of method and risk assessment.· Communicating tasks to caretakers and contractors be completed each week, whilst monitoring progress daily. This involves regular liaison with school management team and teaching staff to ensure that premises are always fit for purpose, particularly ensuring repairs are scheduled outside of core teaching time where possible.· Data Protection Officer for the School, making policy and protecting data and subject access requests.· Working closely with new staff to ensure they are aware of fire evacuation routes and health and safety procedures.· Manage sub lettings and rental of school premises to produce revenue income for school budget.
