CurrentAs the bar manager, I ensure the cleanliness of the bar each night to make sure it is properly cleaned and stocked for the opening shift the next morning. Within my closing duties, I break down and set tables, take inventory of all tangible items and sanitizer all equipment necessary for opening. As well, I ensure customer service and superior standards of serving to create memorable experiences. I helped to ensure optimal customer experiences and implemented a better bar system for quicker service and quality assurance. I demonstrated on a daily basis strong leadership skills and helping those around me to make sure everyone is doing their parts.
