I get on with people well, as I am polite, courteous and very understanding; this helps me motivate and encourage those who I work with especially in a team environment. I have vast experience of working within teams through previous jobs and leisure activities that I partake in, often putting myself forward as a leader. I can also work well as an individual due to my determined and driven attitude to succeed and using initiative to overcome problems.
