 Responsible for all aspects of capital plan & spend for $15MM – $30MM/yr budget. Led strategic re-alignment of company production footprint for SLC plant. Manage team of 10-12 multi-discipline engineers & tecnicians. Tracking and reporting of all project progress, schedules, budgets & cash flow. Won $521K energy efficiency rebate from Rocky MTN Power for compressed air project. Technology exploration & development for bleach plant, liquid mixing, air compression. Continuous improvement of technology, design, equipment & construction for projects. Developed standards for equipment design and part selection (evolutionary).  Understanding & compliance with codes & standards (OSHA, FM, IBC, NFPA) Led team to design, procure & install: o Bleach Plant for 96,000 gal/day household bleach ($30MM)o 5 high capacity detergent bottling & packaging lines ($2MM - $3MM each). o 5 Automated Blow Mold and bottle production systems ($6MM – $9MM each).o 4 high capacity liquid mixers with touch screen automation ($1.5MM - $3MM each).o Multiple Building & office construction & expansion projects.

 Engineered and built processes: drying, mixing, pollution control, material handling. Designed and built detergent spray dry system for 66% capacity increase ($3.5MM). Technical leader for engineering & installation of new surfactant plant ($150MM). Created new mixing method & systems for new surfactant ($2.5MM).
