Responsible for leading and managing software projects that are critical in running three manufacturing facilities, as well as managing smaller software projects for several other facilities. The role requires effective communication skills to understand the core problem the business is having, and then translating that problem to the development teams in order to come up with a solution.

Responsible for maintaining and improving process within the Fabrication department that builds highly customized products in a high speed environment. Lead over 50 Rapid Continuous Improvement teams to streamline processes in order to produce a better quality product more efficiently. Participated in over 100 Rapid Continuos Imporvement events as a subject matter expert for my department. Assisted in developing a Manufacuring Execution System which allowed the Fabrication department to be the first all digital, paperless department in the facility. Designed and built a custom training Press Brake for new hire training. Designed and built numerious jigs and fixtures to assist in the manufacturing process.
