Ryan is the managing partner of FORVIS’ New York office. In this capacity, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the practice and leading a team of more than 100 professional and support staff who provide an Unmatched Client Experience® to thousands of clients and industry colleagues. He also is responsible for the operations of the office, which include integrating a new office into the firm, planning and executing support of new growth areas, extensive recruitment efforts and daily operations. He also serves on a variety of FORVIS New York committees, including the office engagement council, New York office FORVIS Foundation and the social committee. Ryan is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Colorado Society of CPAs. He is a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and is a Fellow of HFMA (FHFMA). HFMA Fellowship is a nationally-recognized designation awarded to members who have demonstrated financial expertise and leadership through the use of personal financial knowledge and skills in a voluntary capacity. Throughout his 20 years in public accounting, he has served on an extensive range of community and practitioner committees at various chapters of state CPA societies and within the health care and not-for-profit communities. Ryan is a 2000 summa cum laude graduate of University of Northern Iowa, Cedar Falls, with a B.A. degree in accounting.
