In my role here at Ferrellgas I wear many hats. I handle customer interactions from multiple vectors; in office, over the phone, and via online chat and email. Multitasking is key to success and, to that end, I have developed a method to maximize efficiency and productivity. I have a large workload in any given day and I must manage my time well to succeed. Selling product is also important to my role. Through outbound retention calls I work to bring business back to us and away from other vendors. Competing on price is how I'm usually able to bring customer's back to Ferrellgas, as we deal in a product that's overall the same and readily available from other vendors. Each and every customer expects the highest level of customer service on each call. I work to provide that. Finding a resolution that's mutually beneficial to the company and the customer is key with each interaction. It's a balancing act, but one I work hard to excel at doing.
