Primary focus of the last 5 years in this role has been the ORM system responsible for migrating the legacy risk management IT platform to the new HSE System now fully operational at Anglo American. Data integrity challenges, new business rules and other algorithms designed into the new system to self heal any manual intervention errors to ensure logic flows are not affected. Currently relooking at the end to end system processes for simplification and effectiveness opportunities to benefit all risk stakeholders. Continue to train users, investigate incidents and system issues, and most importantly do data analysis to understand, review, and correct and improve the quality of system use and understanding of operational risk management.

Collaboration with all business units in Anglo American on energy and climate chanage related issues. Implementing the energy strategy, standards and policies, building capacity in the business units and operations, training, promoting and identifying projects, implementing energy reporting and data collecting systems, data analysis and Group reporting.

Provided sales with engineering and technical support in the Networks business unit to provide a comprehensive range of ITC solutions to our major client Telkom.

Main function was to design, implement, and support water billing systems for Botswana(Gabarone) ,Malawi (Blantyre), Swaziland (Mabalane), and main area of responsibility, Zambia (Kitwe)
