Day-to-day, my highest involvement is on the Sales and Marketing side of the businesses for both New, Fleet and Used Vehicle Departments. However, both dealerships are family owned, and if there is something that needs done, I may be called upon to take care of it.

The scope of the position was to learn, experience and crosstrain in several parts of the company before eventually settling into one specific role after a couple of years. During my tenure at Toyota Canada, I spent time in the Lexus, Dealer Process, Service Marketing and Product Planning Departments.

Worked at the Dallas Auto Auction as a co-op position while attending Northwood University. Duties were focused around auction day support and front office administration.
