I love to problem solve. Looking at systems - computers, board games, information - it is thrilling to take a system, break it up, and visualize all the paths to solutions. Exploring ways to move, fit, and shape those pieces together until forming the optimal or ideal solution. Constraints are the conditions where challenges are found. I was always fond of taking things apart to see how the systems worked when I was young, but I have gotten a lot better at putting them back together. Work has given me numerous opportunities to put skills like these to use, from development to IT, and Operations to Support, there are always systems to review, problems to solve, and options to explore.I've been leading the Support Team at Seismic LiveSocial (formerly Grapevine6); taking great pride in the work we do, and the services we provide. Having a chance to work with our customers is a privilege that I am honoured to have. Working together is a valuable experience, always full of opportunities to explore new paths, and to continually strive to improve.
