An Operating Partner is a majority owner, providing vision, oversight, and accountability to the Community Partner staff.

Responsibilities Include:* Leading all aspects of the Market Center fully committed to the kw Culture, Models, Systems, and Growth Initiative.* Assisting agents in productivity and improved business systems while coaching based on agents desired outcome.* Coaching kw Advantage Realtors into production and helping each agent find success in building a business.* Working closely with kw Advantage Productivity Coach in approving training calendar and scheduling classes while holding accountable office staff to specific office goals that better serve kw/ Advantage Agents.* Providing leadership and assistance to Agents in helping them build their Profit Share/ passive income stream that is only unique to kw Agents.* Training, Coaching, Modeling kw Systems and following the MREA book, kw Agent Productivity Track, and kw Leadership Track* Recruiting and always scouting out top talent in the area who are learning based and interested in growing professionally and personally.
