My goal is to provide the highest level of service in the maintenance field that’s achievable in our industry, diligence and can-do attitude has helped me move up the property management ladder.My awards testify to the commitment to resident service. I have the Mark-Taylor award, the Mark-Taylor Service Manager of the year, Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) Service Manager of the year, and the AMA team of the year. I have also won the National Apartment Association’s “Maintenance Mania” for Region 7 and competed at the national level against other top service technicians in the country.I have the Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) credential and frequently share my skills and expertise with other colleagues, teaching plumbing, electrical, and other classes. I currently sit on the Board of Directors for Multifamily NW. I'm a veteran of the U.S. Navy
