• Reviews and approves contract request forms to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Updates contract amendments, oversees contract renewals, and verifies client authorization.• Ensures projects are in accordance with the financial terms and proper revenue recognition methodology was employed.• Reviews project plans to ensure proper revenue is recognized for fixed price projects (proportional performance/milestone).• Partners with local client finance to maintain and update negotiated bill rates for specific clients.• Manages open projects awaiting assignment to contracts; alerts client finance manager of unassigned projects and close/attach accordingly.• Identifies and resolves issues (e.g. pricing, rates, billing, rev rec) related to project/contract setup.• Compiles monthly account reconciliations; investigates and resolves variances.

Independently develop new leads and accounts by making 50-60 cold-calls per-day on candidates and "C"Level Executives, from small to medium sized companies.
