The first team of colleagues and I focused on the business aspects of two Agricultural Seed and Chemical Companies (Monsanto and Syngenta) to determine key success factors of industry leaders. We professionally presented a schematic report to officials determining which company was better poised for success in the short and long term future. The second team researched the Natural and Local Food Industry and created a mock business to present to investors. The process required the team to explore finance, marketing, brand management, legal aspects, competitive aspects, management and personnel, advertising and product management.
