OVERVIEW:Performed mechanical breakdown of equipment to repair malfunctioning subsea equipment and commission of new equipment prior to going subsea with the intervention system. Rebuilt subsea intervention equipment and performed system integrated testing on up to 20K PSI prior to going subsea.Performed preventative maintenance on hydraulic power units, grease valves, change-out tubing, and others. Worked with different fittings: Autoclave high/medium pressure, Type M, NPT, JIC, Blockage, and SAE.
