But nothing comes easy without grinding and putting effort into everything that you do.With 3tone I started off as an office intern. Working towards production time in our own studio with our label’s artist and engineer. I was offered a full-time position which meant working alongside the marketing department for 1 year.This was a huge insight into the unknown for me. With the newfound knowledge I gained along with the many years of self-teaching. I proved myself a number of times over the years to music industry links/contacts that offered me jobs here and there.All this hard work and determination got me to where I am now.Working in a record label, in the Hip-Hop sector, as an A&R representative. To conversing and working with rappers, lyricists, producers, vocalists, dancers, etc. Whom I see on TV or have followed through their entire career.And now indulging into the web3 word of ownership, decentralization, passive income, and digital assets in the world of Music to help artists earn even more from their music and continue to earn and incentivise fans to support even more than before.Dreams do come true!Just stick at it.
