Responsible for providing leadership, recommendations and solutions for the project delivery approach in the PMO. Responsible for leading the Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) process at MPI and working with business units and coordinating across cross-functional teams to bring funding requests to executive for prioritized solutions.

Worked in the Project Management Office (PMO) to implement a new bodily injury claims management system (BI3), philosophy and infrastructure at MPI.Project managed the development of the bodily injury scanning unit (used to convert bodily injury claims into electronic format) which included the development of a department and its process, procedures, data, staffing, hardware/software procurement, training and implementation.Responsible for overseeing the bodily injury claims file conversion (approx 800,000 documents) and Electronic Document Management System enhancements related to the scanning unit.Project managed the bodily injury workstation-laptop replacement initative on behalf of the project which saw nearly 160 new laptops and remote connectivity rolled out to case managers across the province.Managed the vendor performance and contract obligations on behalf of the project (including reviewing and approving invoices).Worked with the Business Transformation Office to coordinate the project’s financial reportingManaged the project’s acquisition and on-boarding of resources through MPI and consulting partners.Developed and managed many of the projects Change and Decision Requests and process.Responsible for developing and managing the project’s SharePoint site.
