Responsible for managing product development for MPI's bodily injury coverage from requirements to implementation.

Responsible for developing communications plans & strategies for MPI's insurance lines of business.

Responsible for coordinating the production of the Annual Public Utilities Board Autopac Rate Submission Materials.
