Regional Management of engineering/hard services for 35 leased sites across 13 east region cities from Toronto, Canada to Miami, Florida (approx. 5 million sq ft): • Assist with the account transition from Hines to Jones Lang Lasalle. RFP support, site visits, transition training on systems, presentations, and process development.• Budget development for each site related to hard services and culinary planned expenses.• Building and maintaining business relationships and customer interactions with client surrounding MSA, SLA, KPI results, day to day activities, and incident reporting.• Direct Supervision of a Regional Culinary Expert, Sr. Chief, Regional Facility Coordinator, 6 Building Engineers, and in-house vendor network for HVAC and Electrical. • Ensure we as a team accomplished desired business and account goals and objectives• Team management and guidance to ensure KPI/SLA’s, and cost savings were met and adhered to.• CMMS systems management: asset data integrity, schedules, WO management, level loading for planned and reactive work, and financial management. • New site start up: Data Collection, schedule development, hiring, vendor sourcing, and RFP support. • Provide regional training & support for the JLL Account Compliance Program; ensuring site compliance across all programs.• Site visits and inspections; 25% - 40% travel.
