Directly responsible for investing in ~25 middle market debt and equity transactions. Over $250 million invested across these ~25 transactions.Directly responsible for investing in 12 middle market private equity funds. Over $120 million committed/invested across these 12 funds.Responsibilities include: - Prepare and present investment approval memo to Investment Committee- Direct conversations with private equity buyer and target company senior management, conducting financial and company specific due diligence, and financial modeling under multiple capital scenarios - Business development responsibilities which include direct deal sourcing, fund sourcing and overall marketing efforts of the Private Debt & Equity team- Prepare quarterly financial reporting and analysis of direct investment and private equity fund performance- Complete quarterly fair value pricing of direct debt and equity investments using an LBO (leveraged buyout) model- Board of Director observer/attendee for multiple portfolio companies within the investment portfolio

Responsibilities Include:- Involved in all aspects of mezzanine debt, common/preferred equity and private equity fund investment transactions including initial due diligence, reviewing CIM, modeling, and investment presentations to investment committee.- Business development responsibilities which include direct deal sourcing, fund sourcing and overall marketing efforts of the Private Debt & Equity team- Prepare quarterly financial reporting and analysis of direct investment and private equity fund performance. - Complete quarterly fair value pricing of direct debt and equity investments using an LBO (leveraged buyout) model.- Board of Director observer for multiple portfolio companies within the mezzanine debt and equity portfolio.
