Compliance Testing Analyst
Current• Collaborate with business partners to maintain risk-based compliance testing in accordance with FDIC regulatory requirements • Maintain partner relationships to ensure external testing is completed timely• Perform reviews of compliance risk management controls and recommend appropriate corrective action with guidance• Prepare reports and issues that clearly communicate testing conclusions, including action plans, validations, and root cause analysis• Perform compliance testing by testing provided data against internal policies and federal regulations.• Support updates and communication of changes to the enterprise methodologies and standards• Perform transactional, system-assisted testing, and policy/procedure testing related to Reg Z, ECOA, BSA/AML, UDAAP, SCRA, FCRA, FDCPA, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable regulations.
