Senior Project Manager
CurrentI am routinely responsible for Client relations, preparing proposals, project coordination, preparation of plans and specifications, contractor bidding and administration, environmental and final site assessments and engineering reports for multi-site commercial and aviation based projects, and for construction and project management of investigation, remedial design and construction projects throughout New England. I also have extensive experience in construction management, cost estimating and design in the environmental, building and heavy construction industries and other facility closures, and hazardous materials. I am trained to perform building and facility assessments for indoor air quality issues, safety and health measures, lead-based paint, asbestos-containing materials and other hazardous materials. These practices have allowed me to handle military airport and airfield closures and redevelopment/redesign projects. I have performed runway/taxiway drainage projects, new terminal expansion projects, runway expansion projects, and multiple commercial-based projects, on and off airbases. These demolition/redevelopment projects have been funded a multitude of ways (Brownfield’s Projects, EPA, State, or otherwise). As part of the process, asbestos, lead, PCBs, IAQ and other universal wastes are the forefront of such projects. Because of this, I have a variety of licenses that allow me to perform these upfront duties myself, so as to keep a better handle on the project rather than utilize subcontractors more than necessary. I typically team with architects and civil/structural engineers for preparation of proposals/submittals, qualification packages, projects specifications, etc. Call 781-603-5375 (Cell) if you need assistance with your project.
