Maintaining job board tracker by creating a spreadsheet and administering bi-monthly audits• Post open positions on CalJobs, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Indeed and other external job boards• Scan and upload Talent Acquisition Specialist interview notes and interview feedback forms into Applicant Tracking System (ATS): JobVite• Analyze and record data to quantify the performance of two recruiting agencies that have contracts with American Specialty Health, Inc. This data includes success rates, the outcome of interviews, etc. Furthermore, the data would be calculated using Standard Deviation which would include the Mean (μ) and the Variance (σ2)• Create new hire paperwork for temporary employees• Conduct first day temporary new hire employee training• Complete and process all new hire paperwork for the Sorrento Valley and El Cajon office. Maintain spreadsheet for tracking purposes of all paperwork• Coordinate Webex meetings as scheduled• Initiate background check reports.
