Upon joining Oracle I became a part of the iPaaS professional services delivery team. While developing into an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) product specialist, I also garnered experience across the end-to-end consulting cycle, including the following: •Collaborated in discovery discussions with potential customers related to the adoption of the Oracle iPaaS layer.•Assisted in writing customer bid documents, which included, pricing for services, staff planning, and assessing internal project risk.•Aligned potential customer’s asking requirements with Proof of Concept designs to subsequently demonstrate the validity of Oracle products as their solution. •Conducted multiple product Workshop preparations and deliveries to predominately IT professional audiences.In regards to deliverable work and projects, my experience and expertise were utilized and ranged from the following:•Extending Oracle ERP SaaS with Oracle Integration Cloud’s (OIC) - Visual Builder to create custom web applications.•Developed near Real-Time integrations that synchronized updated objects in Oracle HCM Cloud to customer’s On-Premise applications.•Created B2B File Transfer integrations with OIC, which utilized OIC - Insight to measure at runtime essential File Transfer KPI’s and display customizable dashboards.•Integrating with Salesforce by utilizing OIC adapters to query, post, or delete data with respect to the Salesforce environment.

During my short tenure at FTS my role was training to become a Field Engineer. While the specific job functions are not relevant to my new career in any relevancy, there were plenty of great learning opportunities that can only be subjugated in a job of this capacity. With that being said the amount of respect that I had for my peers was and remains unmatched.

Worked on creating a dynamic inventory management system. This system handled multiple geofence locations and in real-time would output the number of inventory items as well as location. From these outputs, the team utilized specific inventory management techniques as well as aggregated data to judge where the inventory needed to be deployed as well as rebalanced from one location to possibly another. During this process, I was promoted from operations associate to an operations lead position. In this new position, I overlooked 5 team members and my responsibility was to utilize the outputs from the inventory management system to help run a more time-efficient operation of rebalancing inventory.
