Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Capex, Operational material and service , Refinish Resale in APAC region (including Equipments, MROs, services of facilities/construction/maintenance, environment services, lab supplies, PPE, energy, refinish equipment, tools and consumables etc. ), in alignment with business and global/regional sourcing strategies.– Align with the global and regional commodity strategy to develop and execute sourcing strategies and activities to support regional business needs;– Responsible for vendor identification, evaluation, qualification, negotiation/bidding, contracting, and manage suppliers’ performance for the assigned commodities;– Responsible for identifying and driving cost saving projects to achieve targets for assigned commodities as well as other KPIs;– Accurately analyzes total cost of product/service to meet business’ short- and long-term financial success. Proactively collaborate with internal customers to identify cost reduction opportunities.– Define and optimize sourcing process and procedures for assigned commodities in align with internal customers.– Understands the business’s challenges, issues, and future needs to create competitive strategies and plans– Ensure competitive pricing service versus industry trends and market place dynamics.– Identifies and drives continuous improvement in the buy and in the contractual relationship with the suppliers.– Work collaboratively with other sourcing colleagues to develop and share best practices and procurement process improvements.

Lead Indirect Material Supplier Sourcing and Negotiation（MRO）– Working with Manufacturing, Engineering and Facility Maintenance to ensure link & leverage and supply base optimization– Working with Admin, IT, Marketing to ensure the best service and pricing. – Equipment, Spare parts and Packaging material purchasing , developing the qualified spare parts vendor and do the possible localization for the cost saving – Logistic service bidding and negotiation Lead Supplier Management and annual saving. – Build and maintain Supplier relationships for major suppliers, leading negotiations as required. – Lead negotiations of country/region-wide supplier contracts including payment terms and Master Terms & Conditions and achieve the annual saving target. – Monitor supplier performance and assessment; re-evaluate capabilities – Qualify/select/approve suppliers for approved supplier list – Identify and develop suppliers for emerging technology and current and future business needs and support early sourcing. – Develop plan to attain lowest upfront costs/ideal value stream performance Projects related:– Marketing promotional items bidding– Exhibition booth construction supplier consolidation. – Business travel agent consolidation in AP region– IT outsourcing/hardware/software bidding in AP region– Domestic car lease consolidation– Property management service bidding

MRO Supplier Sourcing and Negotiation. – Sourcing the relocation service, IT projects for the Autoliv new plant project.– Seatbelt&Airbag crash testing equipment purchasing for Autoliv China Technical centre and Autoliv Shanghai Management Co.– Suppliers consolidation work of all the Autoliv China plants.– Develop plan to attain lowest upfront costs/ideal value stream performance Projects related:– MFP consolidation and bidding in AP region– China business travel agent bidding – Crashing test lab and plant relocation bidding project– China new building decoration bidding and furniture bidding Commodity Buyer, Die-casting, Textile – Responsible for the Die-casting, Textile parts purchasing mainly including steeringwheel armature, spindle, webbing, cushion and label etc.– Responsible for outcome of any sourcing decisions taken for the commodity. – Driving the development of the supply base for continuous improvement of the competitiveness, cost, efficiency, quality and service and achieve the annual saving target.Projects related:– Seatbelt aluminum alloy part localization– Steering wheel magnesium alloy part localization– Seatbelt webbing localization and export project
