Engineering and Manufacturing of custom furniture for the hospitality industry. I have personally manage $100,000 to $3 million dollar projects. Manage and coordinate with oversees manufacture, communicate with Hotel owners, Designers, Purchasing and Manufacturing to deliver custom quality furniture on budget and on time. Work closely with customers, designers, factories, and internal office staff to coordinate all facets of assigned projects in a fast paced environment. Responsible for team managing including: receiving the customers' purchase orders through the delivery of the final product. The process includes, but is not limited to, entering purchase orders, coordinating finish samples, redlining CAD drawings, invoicing, and following through on deliveries.SKILLS INCLUDE:• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks• Able to read and understand specification sheets• Capability to read, interpret, and redline shop drawings• Background in interior design and purchasing• Ability to work well in a team• Excellent verbal and written skills• Time management and prioritizing skills• Extremely detail-oriented• Team player• Knowledge of furniture and mill work construction• Capable of making and editing spreadsheets, creating presentations, etc.• Able to track details on orders and manage a time line • Understanding how to work with COM• Understanding finishes• Able to work with logistics• Able to meet all given deadlines• facilitate bidding with the VP of Sales

• Responsible for in-home measurements, creating designs, pricing out all labor, creating full material lists• Sales• Customer liaison during build, educating clients on possible improvements or upgrades to design.• Supervise Contractors and auxiliary staff • Monitor and inspect the workmanship, construction materials and installation of systems of the project • Coordinate on site preconstruction meeting with contractors• Maintain project schedule • Review and process all request for change orders• Ensure that all projects are designed and carried out on time, within budget and in compliance with applicable building codes, guidelines and regulations• Product knowledge includes but is not limited: to Bremtown Cabinets, EuroCraft Cabinets, Cambria, Kohler, Blanco, Grohe, and Delta.
