In this role, I spearheaded a transformative project to streamline our Summit Invitation process, significantly enhancing our business development efforts. By leveraging our existing Salesforce CRM capabilities, I led the transition from a manual, error-prone event invite process to an automated, efficient workflow. The initiative involved close collaboration with cross-functional teams, meticulous process design, and dedicated user testing. Prior to go-live, I delivered virtual onboarding training for fundraisers. Adoption resulted in dramatic reduction of administrative workflow from 28 days to just 1-2 days, freeing up valuable time for donor engagement.

Conducted prospect research to identify high net worth donors for Indiana University system. Performed data analysis to segment and identify donors for specific initiatives or university designations. Generated donor prospecting and research for IU Regional Campuses.

Supported two professors through news sentiment analysis and documenting research methods on potential causes of Supreme Court member retirement and on presidential power overreach.

Contributed to literature review of a peer-reviewed publication on religious pluralism in Tunisian and Egyptian contexts, also on effect of Papal publications and edicts on American Catholic political opinion. Taught undergraduate session on Political Methodology, later supporting undergraduate student use of The Supreme Court Database hosted by Washington University of St. Louis.
