This role requires handling multiple projects under tight deadlines while adapting to the evolving nature of government policies and online submission processes. The Manager must proactively pursue diverse funding opportunities, develop strong relationships with funders, and manage efficient contract and reporting systems. Additionally, this position involves overseeing SharePoint sites, including the Grants Hub and Finance Hub, administering AI tools and ethics guidelines, managing website content, and guiding online strategies. The Manager also plays a critical role in process improvement, data management, and compliance monitoring, ensuring the organization meets all grant requirements and delivers impactful results.
