I am a driven and results-oriented senior at Wayne State University, majoring in Finance and Accounting. With a passion for leadership, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making, I have successfully held key positions within my fraternity Phi Gamma Delta while gaining valuable industry experience.In my role as a leader within my fraternity, I have honed my skills in team management, collaboration, and effective communication. By spearheading various initiatives and overseeing numerous projects, I have developed a strong aptitude for motivating teams towards achieving common goals. These experiences have equipped me with exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Through my experience as a tax intern, I gained hands-on experience preparing tax returns for a variety of clients and learning basic functions of different software’s while assisting CPAs with other tasks such as updating fixed assets and setting new clients up. As a corporate accounting intern, I assisted with sale/use tax research while testing transactions through our tax software and preparing checks for accounts payable.My academic pursuits at Wayne State University have provided me with a solid foundation in finance and accounting, supplemented by relevant coursework in investment analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making. As a dedicated and ambitious individual, I consistently strive for excellence and embrace continuous learning to stay ahead in the ever-evolving business landscape.
