In this position I primarily aided senior engineers in testing experimental HVAC equipment or thermodynamic models. I have so far performed research on an industrial indirect evaporative cooler and a combination evaporative cooler/heat pump unit. I have also assisted in the development process of a thermodynamic model that helps track the heating of cows, allowing less water to be used to cool them.Currently, I am starting work on testing a heat pump water heater, alongside designing a supplementary ultrasonic humidifier for the laboratory, My other responsibilities include:- Acquiring and processing large sets of data using Microsoft Excel- Use of common workshop tools- Sensor wiring and setup
