Notable clients he has represented include Lennar, Newland Communities, Metro Development, DR Horton, Eisenhower Properties, Bank of America, Soho Capital, Duke Realty, CalSTRS, StanPac, Rialto Capital, BB&T, and DeBartolo, among others.Assuming the role of CEO in 2015, Ryan secured a majority ownership stake in the firm and successfully steered it to a 9X increase in revenue. His leadership focused on organic team growth, the implementation of new strategies, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies has driven Eshenbaugh Land to exceed two billion in land transactions since inception.In 2019, Ryan co-founded Rocwell Development, concentrating on acquiring select infill value-add commercial buildings and engaging in ground-up development projects across Florida. Rocwell has effectively built a portfolio comprising over 40 properties valued at more than $100,000,000 since its inception. The company actively continues its property acquisition endeavors with a long-term hold strategy, emphasizing sustained annual cash flow.Sampson actively participates in industry organizations such as NAIOP Tampa Bay and Realtor’s Land Institute (RLI), having served as a past President for the Florida Chapter of both.
