Defined each team’s work capacity, tracked work performance and flow, and completed successful implementation of Agile best practices.• Led the team to create healthy project backlogs, maintain consistent sprint planning, and implement iteration reviews and retrospectives. Both teams embraced Agile processes, which accelerated software code development and deployment for increased throughput and decreased cycle time. • Participated in an international Agile transformation facilitator forum to operationalize Agile processes and best practices, then socialize those processes with their teams across Cisco’s Finance IT organization.Delivered Complex Treasury Platform (2022) – As the lead IT project manager, took ownership of an initiative to implement a new intercompany loan tool (Reval) powerful enough to support funding and cash concentration between Cisco entities:• Facilitated close collaboration between representatives of treasury IT, accounting IT, and various business teams. Delivered the loan tool in five months for use by seven teams. The platform streamlined a historically tedious process and enabled robust controls, accurate financial reporting, regulatory alignment, and widespread process efficiencies.• The tool is now used to process hundreds of intercompany loan transactions each month.Executed Large-Scale Data Migration (2022) – Chosen to manage the data migration from Rally to Jira Align and Jira Cloud for all of Finance IT. Built and mobilized an operations team (14 people) to execute the change:• Created a project plan and data model that mapped the taxonomy between Jira Align and Jira Cloud. These were used to develop a playbook for the migration, which was completed in four waves, starting with test case data. • Completed all phases of testing and migration on-schedule and on-budget.
