Performed assigned duties under direction of the Community Investment leadership team to gain knowledge and experience of how the organization operates. Completed an evaluation of existing Financial Wellbeing programs in place for newrez employees and the local community. Proposed that newrez offer community workshops in the following areas: money management, home buying and the mortgage application process.Researched how other financial services companies invest in the community and made recommendations on how newrez could improve their brand awareness.Conducted business analyses for workflows within the organization and provided recommendations to leadership for improvements in the area of community outreach and consumer education.

Supervised a group of summer campers with attention to good behavior and sportsmanship while serving as a positive role model.Collaborated with other counselors to manage daily responsibilities and develop the schedule of camper activities. Identified areas of improvement where camper time could be used more efficiently which resulted in most campers participating in 1 or more additional activities per day.Logged daily activities for each camper to reflect how their time was spent and provided feedback to camper family and camp leadership to reflect the value of the ESF program.Provided coaching and instruction to campers for the variety of sports offered. Tracked improvements to each camper’s skill level and made recommendations on additional practice routines which resulted in improved performance by the majority of campers
